This family recipe came from a Boy Scout troop who made it when they were camping out in the woods. It’s that simple (and there’s only 4 ingredients!) This muffin is delicious for breakfast, a snack or anytime of the day. When apples are in season during the fall, it’s great to make this muffin and eat it with warm apple cider.
